A bit belated, but we should say welcome to Demi Gao who recently joined the Flinders part of the lab. Demi has done a PhD with Mark McDonnell at UniSA, using information theory to understand the coding in the cochlear nerve. She is now ready to learn electrophysiology and visual coding in the insect brain, and I am sure that she will be very successful at this.
The hoverfly vision group can be found at 2 locations: At Flinders University in Adelaide, Australia, and at Uppsala University in Sweden. To find out more about us and our research, browse through the pages.
